+ A follow up telephone / video call and up to 4 weeks follow up support - via texts / emails.

Deluxe Package – Face to face consultation   (90mins - 120mins)

An holistic assessment carried out either at your home or at my consultation clinic (with your significant other if required) in which the needs of you, your baby and your unique set of issues will be explored in detail.
+ Bespoke, personalised, evidence based sleep plan – designed in partnership with you and tailored to the needs of you and your baby.
+ A follow up face to face consultation and up to 4 weeks follow up support - via texts / emails.
